It provides teams and organisations with a comprehensive, multi-modal platform that seamlessly connects users to a wide range of AI solutions. Moreover, it empowers users to integrate GateAI with their internal data sources, including file systems, CRM tools, and databases, facilitating the consolidation of data for insightful analysis. Additionally, users have the unique capability to engage in conversations with their data, fostering a more interactive and informative experience.

GateAI offers a secure and intuitive platform for users to engage with AI technologies, guaranteeing the protection of user data through rigorous security measures, encryption protocols, and adherence to data privacy regulations. Furthermore, GateAI ensures the platform's traceability, enabling companies to verify that their employees are utilizing it in alignment with their internal policies and guidelines.

Our headquarters is in London, UK with an additional office in Chennai, India.

Our enterprise is the brainchild of two distinguished serial entrepreneurs:
Sumir Karayi and Manoj Ganapathy.

Sumir and Manoj are both serial entrepreneurs having started and sold 2 different companies for a total value of $300 million (INR 2400 Crores). Sumir sold his company to the Carlyle Group while Manoj’s last company was acquired by Salesforce.

Sumir Karayi is an accomplished entrepreneur, having built 1E into a pioneering enterprise whose contributions to innovation, automation, and endpoint remediation have been widely recognised. His success culminated in 2021 when 1E was acquired by the Carlyle Group, a global investment firm.

Manoj Ganapathy, known for his entrepreneurial acumen, has previously founded two startups one of which was later acquired by Salesforce, a global leader in CRM. His expertise lies in creating cutting-edge technological solutions that respond to market needs.

Now, they are both leveraging their collective experience and insight to construct an ambitious new venture. They are currently developing an AI super app that will interface with all leading Lifecycle Management solutions in the market.

Are you ready to revolutionize the AI industry? Gate AI is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth journey, you'll drive business expansion by generating and qualifying leads, engaging with potential customers, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to execute innovative lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts to uncover new opportunities and connect with our target market.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to identify and qualify leads.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and fit for our cutting-edge AI solutions.
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and calls between qualified prospects and our sales team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing to develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine our sales approach.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and driving innovation forward.

BDR Interview process :

  1. Initial Screening:
  • Review of resume
  • Basic phone screen to assess communication skills and initial fit.
  • Cultural fit assessment.
  1. Video Introduction Round
  • Request candidates to submit a brief (1-2 minute) video introducing themselves, highlighting their relevant experience, and what they can bring to the team.
  • Why is it needed?  Evaluate candidates' ability to communicate effectively, showcase enthusiasm for the role, and make a positive impression.
  1. Oral & Written Assessment - HM
  • Sales scenario analysis

  1. Final Round with Founders:
  • Interview with founders or senior executives.
